Thanks Uncle Sam!

It's that time of the year again. No, I'm not talking about Valentine's Day. It's tax season! That time every young tax payer dreads as April looms closer and closer, and you fear the IRS will soon come and rear its ugly head upon your doorstop.

Unless you're one of the lucky few that gets money back during this time of the year as opposed to paying money in. Which I get to count my lucky stars as being one of those smucks with a refund check for once!

Deciding to jump on the bandwagon early I filed my taxes this year the second my grubby hands got my W2's. With my bachelor's degree only one semester away I wanted to file for FAFSA as soon as humanly possible. Thankfully I'm getting a load of cash back, so I've decided to help my elderly grandfather out with his homeowner's tax this year and give him a good hunk of the money.

But before I go singing my own praises of Robin Hood do goodery I know exactly what I plan on spending the rest of it on. No, no Prada purses or flat screen TVs for this little miss. I'm going to buy cels. Lots and lots of pretty cels.

Yes I know. I should really be practical and squirrel the rest of my money away for a rainy day but where's the adventure in that? And besides isn't it part of being a American to spend money we don't really have on pretty material things that we love more than ourselves? Or has Hollywood and society been lying to me all these years?

I'm only half joking with that last comment.
Seriously.

But here's to you oh stars and stripes, for allowing me to blow my hard earned tax dollars on something meaningful. My addiction! And Rilezu cels, come to mama.

But still I do have to wonder, do you think they have AA meetings for Cel junkies these days?
